Why Prabh Aasra

Recognized For Care Without Conditions

Children reach us through proper channels, and we work to send them home whenever we can.

Zero Cost, Always

Residential stays, medical treatment and assistive devices are provided entirely free, with no fee ever asked of the families we serve.

No Restrictions

We accept individuals regardless of age, sex, background or the complexity of their physical or mental disability, prioritizing those who are truly destitute.

One Roof, Every Need

Shelter, nutrition, medical treatment, special education and vocational training are combined under a single family-like setting, not split across agencies.

Family, Not Facility

Recovery is treated as a human process, pairing medical science with compassion so residents feel cared for, not processed.

Two Decades Of Trust

Operating since 2003, Prabh Aasra has grown into multiple centers across Punjab with a proven, long-standing record of impact.

Self-Dependency Focus

Vocational training and skill-building help capable residents move toward confidence and independence, not permanent dependency.

Child Care Services

How We Care For Every Child

Shelter & Daily Care

Safe, round-the-clock residential facilities providing food, clothing and personal care for disabled, abandoned and orphaned individuals, in a setting built around dignity rather than dependence.

Medical Care & Physiotherapy

Free consultations, charitable hospital support, physiotherapy sessions and essential assistive equipment help residents recover physical strength and manage ongoing health needs.

Mission Milaap

A dedicated initiative that traces, counsels and safely reunites lost or mentally challenged residents with their biological families, restoring hundreds of severed ties over the years.

Vocational Training

Structured skills training programs help capable residents build self-dependency and confidence, preparing them for meaningful work within or beyond our centers.

Cradle Baby Scheme

A safe surrender system for unwanted newborns helps prevent female infanticide and abandonment, giving every infant an immediate path into protective care.

Child Care Services

Hundreds of lost lives, found their way back home.

Behind every resident who arrives unable to say where they belong, our Mission Milaap team works patiently to trace addresses, counsel families and coordinate with local police, so that reunion stays possible even after years apart.
