Flood in Punjab 2023 (In August, 2023)

When devastating floods struck Punjab, Prabh Aasra Padiala responded swiftly, becoming a beacon of hope for those affected across Sardulgarh (Distt. Mansa), Hoshiarpur & Tanda, and Firozpur border areas.

• Emergency Medical Assistance: Medical teams were promptly mobilized to deliver essential healthcare and medicines, preventing escalation of post-flood health issues.

• Boat Rescue Operations: Fleet of boats were deployed to evacuate stranded individuals from remote, waterlogged regions—ensuring no one was left behind.

• Diesel Supply: Diesel was provided to run Tractors, generators, restoring floody water direction, power and communication in affected zones, which was critical for coordination and emergency services.

• Support to Farmers:Arranged and delivered crop saplings, free of cost, to assist farmers in recovering from agricultural losses, helping to restore livelihoods.

• Distribution of Essentials: Relief teams distributed food, drinking water, clothes, and shelter materials—meeting the immediate survival needs of displaced families.

Through these efforts, Prabh Aasra Padiala upheld its mission of compassion and service, saving lives, supporting communities, and helping Punjab recover with resilience and dignity.
