Bara Mandir Colony bridge Kurali (August -September 2023)

Due to the breach of the embankment near Mandir Colony, Kurali, many houses were completely destroyed by the floods. The flow of water had diverted directly towards the residential colony, while the natural course of the river had been blocked. As a result, the residents of the colony were living under severe threat.

To ensure their safety, it was urgently necessary to remove the wall obstructing the river, restore its natural flow, and rebuild the embankment. Prabh Aasra team took immediate action by closing the water channel that was flowing towards the residential colony and reopening the river’s natural course. This timely effort brought much-needed relief and safety to the residents of the area.
